| The Concert on the Clyde is an annual outdoor concert, started in 2001,
that features Canadian music in a uniquely Canadian setting. The show
features a full day of live music located on the banks of the Clyde river
in Clydesville, just outside of Ottawa, Canada. |

The goal of the Concert on the Clyde is to promote Canadian musicians and to provide
quality entertainment for all its patrons. It is our desire to help
musicians develop their talent by offering them the opportunity to interact
with their contemporaries and benefit from our collective expertise. Our
committment is to develop our abilities to preserve and showcase each
artists' performance to better serve them and their fans. |

| The concert takes place on one
special Saturday each year starting from midday until after dark. We are
pleased to offer parking and camping areas adjacent to the concert grounds
for our patrons. Food and drink is also available both on-site and in the
nearby town of Lanark, Ontario. |
